Medico-legal Casework

Elena is a highly experienced medico-legal expert witness. She is available to take instruction on medico-legal cases on a national and international basis.

Elena accepts instructions from both claimant and defendant solicitors and insurers. She has undergone formal training in the medico-legal process and is fully aware of her responsibilities under Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) pertaining to expert witnesses.
