Terms & Policies

Payment:

Invoices are sent out to clients within a week, following your appointment. Payment is expected to be fulfilled within a month of the invoice date. We accept payments in the form of a Card payment in person, over the telephone, Cash or Bank Transfer.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions regarding our payment methods or invoices themselves. 

Cancellations:

Session cancellations will need to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24hrs prior may carry a 50% session charge.

Please note: Initial Assessments are payable prior to the appointment.
